MyHangboarh - H3 is a lightweight portable hangboard made by Slovak climbers. It is primarily used for warming up before climbing, but it can also be used as a full-fledged training aid. Each piece is an original and subtle distortions in the wood only highlight the handmade production. The hangboard should be hung in a space such as on a trapeze, branch or support eye, but not close to a wall. (photos illustrate the method of gripping not hanging) MyHangBoard has two sets of bar holds which are of different depths. There is a larger bar on one side and a smaller bar on the other. The medium sized hold is mainly used for training hangs or one arm swings. It is also possible to use the top side, whose edges are rounded and allow for a comfortable hold. The length of the hangboar is designed to 400 mm, so that it can fit into a normal bag or even a handbag :) . This hangboard can also be hung over a standard door in an apartment building and so it can be used for home training. The markers make it easy to navigate with different grip widths. The bars on one side have a depth of 12 millimeters on the other 24 millimeters. The support cable attachment is designed to keep the hangboard tilted in the correct position so your fingers don't slip off. Flipping the cable over to the other side changes the center of gravity of the hangboard and it is possible to switch to exercises on the other side very quickly. This attachment has been specially devised so that by moving the side knots one can change the tilt of the hangboard. The central anchorage through the carabiner, increases stability during training and thus prevents the aid from slipping to the side, but at the same time allows the rope to be disconnected.
