About the Reactiv High Mountain 2-4 glass:
It provides high UV protection, making it ideal for high mountain hiking. It is the darkest of the reactive glasses, and is polarized as well, which makes it ideal for extra bright weather conditions where snow and ice are prevalent. Most Julbo models that are made with this type of glass are equipped with removable sidewalls. The sidewalls are an important element in protecting the eyesight against so-called snow blindness.
